►"Be grateful... the past is forever gone."
The past... if it was a bad one, then it haunts you... I know how it feels; but, you have to think: "Hey, it's over. That's not happening anymore. Things are better now. I will keep on like this so everything will be more than fine." Tell that to yourself everyday. Yesterday is history, tomorrow's a mystery, today is a gift that's why it's called present. I am constantly curious about the tomorrow. I always try to keep positive and tell to myself: "Everything will be better tomorrow. Something good will happen, something you truly deserve. You will be happy tomorrow, just go through today and find out what will happen." Thus I keep myself breathing.
►"Smiling is easier than having to explain why you're sad..."
...Pretending... It saves so many explanations. It is good sometimes, but there are times it'd be better to tell everything that's going on to someone you can trust. I know sometimes talking about certain things can be really hard, but as hard as it might be, you have to let it out of you; otherwise you will blurt out in a negative way. I know it by experience, it is not nice.
►"These bitter tears show horrifying, cold loneliness..."
Crying in the midst of silence... it can be both relieving and torturing. I would love to be able to show others that I can cry too, but there's no way I can do that, I have this idle belief that tears are a sign of weakness.
Crying sets you free. You no longer are grief's, sorrow's and/or anger's slave.
►"Love has a meaning: You"
I love him, as simple as that. There's nothing anyone can do about it. My heart has been completely stolen by him. My mind is invaded by the thought of he. I cannot think straight, my heartbeat is hastened, my legs tremble.
Being in love is amazing. It has its negative parts, of course. But they don't seem to matter when you're this deeply in love. Yes, I get very cheesy when I'm in love. Ha ha.
►"Abscence makes the heart grow fonder... And it is a process that hurts... a lot."
We've all gone through this. When a boyfriend or girlfriend travel somewhere for a long time, or you travel, or whatever. The thing is you're not able to be together for awhile. Being without them hurts, so much. Being without your love is certainly the worst thing that can ever happen to you. Trust me.
►"There are things you cannot control. No matter how hard you try. You won't be able to control fate sometimes. It's pretty much a matter of luck."
We're not gods, therefore, we cannot control things such as Fate. We can, however, change the situation that Fate presents us, or we can simply accept it.
Remember, there are two main choices in life: Change and Acceptance. If things can't be accepted, then they must be changed; if this can't be changed, then they must be accepted.
Do not try to play god, try to play yourself, and make your best effort.
